Weekend: Rest Sunday 10/1.
We have Practice Monday 10/2 and Tuesday 10/3
No Practice Wednesday 10/4. Recovery Day.
We have Practice Thursday 10/5 and Friday 10/6
Weekend: 1 Recovery Day. The other day, Warm-up, fast 2-3 mile run, Cool-down.
We have Practice Monday 10/9 – Wednesday 10/11.
No Practice Thursday, October 12th. Recovery Day.
No School Friday, October 13th
Dawson Invite, Friday, October 13th. 2 Mile Race
Weekend: 1 Recovery Day. The other day, Warm-up, fast 2-3 mile run, Cool-down.
No School or Practice on Monday, October 16th. Recovery Day.
We have Practice Tuesday 10/17 – Thursday 10/19.
No Practice Friday, October 20th. Recovery Day.
STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS Saturday, October 21st. 2.4 Mile Race
