Bio

Hello! I’m Nicki, and I’m excited to be in my second year supporting the amazing students at Westview Middle School. I moved to Colorado from Long Island, New York, in 2019 to attend grad school at the University of Denver and completely fell in love with this state—I’ve been here ever since. After completing my school psych internship with SVVSD, I joined the district full-time and have had the privilege of working with students from preschool all the way through 8th grade. Right now, I focus on middle schoolers, which is such a fun and transformative age group to work with.

When I’m not at school, I’m at home in Denver with my three beloved cats, who absolutely run the house! I love all things film, psychology, and anime, and I’m always up for a good Dungeons and Dragons session. Traveling is a big passion of mine too—there’s nothing like experiencing a new place. My partner is a carpenter, and we both enjoy building and tinkering with projects together when we’re not busy with life.
