7th Grade Jr. Trojans Halftime Exhibition
Come cheer on our 7th Grade Jr. Trojans as they take the court for an exhibition game at halftime of the Longmont High School Varsity matchup on Monday, January 12th vs. Centaurus!
With several Westview students on the roster, this is a great opportunity to support your classmates and enjoy an exciting night of basketball. We’d love to see you there!

The Longmont Youth Symphony is hosting an Open Rehearsal here at Westview on January 26th. This opportunity is open to all band and orchestra students. Students can sit in and play with the ensemble to see what LYS is like. Times and ensemble information can be found at the Registration Link

Longmont High School Information Below
Student Council students will be coming to Westview on February 11th during 8th graders lunch to visit and pass out applications for any student wanting to join student council next year.
If you missed the open house on Wednesday, November 5th – You can contact the school directly to schedule a tour and learn more about what Longmont High School has to offer.
Jr. Trojan Football:
As the high school football season finishes up we start to turn our attention to off season preparations. One of the most important parts of our off season will be to get our Jr. Trojans Football Program up and running and ready to compete in the fall of 2026.
Important Information About Jr. Trojans Football:
- We will host an organizational meeting on Monday January, 12th at 6:30pm at Longmont High School
- The cost per player will be $100. This is made possible through our partnership with Longmont LatinX Voices.
- We would like to have teams for 4th-8th Grade
- If you are interested in coaching or know someone who is interested in coaching please contact [email protected]
- If you haven’t already, please fill out our Feeder Football Interest Form so we can get you on our email list and provide you with relevant information.

Silver Creek High Schools Open House was in Wednesday, November 19th. If you missed it, you can always call the school directly to schedule a private tour.
CETC & INNOVATION CENTER:
St. Vrain Valley Schools invites families to attend an Open House at both the Career Elevation and Technology Center (CETC) and the Innovation Center (IC) on Wednesday, December 3. The Open House at the CETC will be from 3:30-7:00 p.m. and the Innovation Center event will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Families will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of course offerings across both programs, including manufacturing, digital design, P-TEACH, law, aeronautics, and more. 1. Log into the Infinite Campus Student Portal at
ic.svvsd.org/campus/stvrain.jsp
2. Select the Academic Planning dropdown at left; click ‘Next’
3. Scroll down to ‘Practical Arts’ heading towards the bottom of the page
4. Select the text box for the upcoming school-year
5. Enter the CETC course name(s) or number(s) you are requesting
6. Select the course(s) you wish to request by clicking on the name
7. If you’d like to select an alternate choice, enter your choice(s) in the
bottom row labeled “alternates”
2026-2027 Course Description Guide
8. Click the “save” icon in the top left of the page to save requests.
NOTE: For year-long courses both A & B sections should be selected.
