Music Department – Plant Fundraiser

Families have until November 10th to sell holiday plants. Checks should be made out to Westview Middle School. Anyone who would like to support by simply donating directly to the program can do so at this link.
All donations received through this link will receive a tax donation letter by February 2026.
CETC Holiday Family Photo Sessions
The Career Elevation & Technology Center’s Interactive Media classes would like to invite you and your family to our Holiday Photo Shoot!
We will be taking photos on Saturday, November 15th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at CETC, 1200 South Sunset Street, Longmont. No appointment necessary.
There will be a variety of backgrounds to choose from.
You will have the option to purchase digital photos for $10 or order holiday cards starting @ $25.

Cross Country Strong!

What an amazing cross country season! Our athletes gave it their all, and we couldn’t be prouder. A huge thank you to the families and friends who supported and helped get them to each meet!
Closing out the growing season — the Garden Club’s final harvest is in!

The Garden Club harvested their final bed of potatoes last week! They dug up about 30 pounds in total—some students took potatoes home, and the rest were donated to the Westview kitchen.
Designing Camouflage Butterflies

As part of 6th grade students ecology unit, students have been designing camouflage butterflies and hiding them around the classroom. Liv did an amazing job with this one.

1. Log into the Infinite Campus Student Portal at
ic.svvsd.org/campus/stvrain.jsp
2. Select the Academic Planning dropdown at left; click ‘Next’
3. Scroll down to ‘Practical Arts’ heading towards the bottom of the page
4. Select the text box for the upcoming school-year
5. Enter the CETC course name(s) or number(s) you are requesting
6. Select the course(s) you wish to request by clicking on the name
7. If you’d like to select an alternate choice, enter your choice(s) in the
bottom row labeled “alternates”
8. Click the “save” icon in the top left of the page to save requests.
NOTE: For year-long courses both A & B sections should be selected.
