Preparing for High School
Niwot High School will be at Westview on January 31, 2025 to help with any registration needs.
Music Students attending LHS next year: The Longmont High School music program is traveling to Disney World in the spring of 2026. There will be an informative meeting on Tuesday, January 28th at 6:30 in the Longmont High School auditorium. There you will learn about the trip itinerary, trip costs, and fundraising opportunities available. If you cannot attend the meeting, information will be available next week after the meeting. Tours for both Longmont High School and Silver Creek High School will be in the Spring
8th Graders: Applications are open for the Silver Creek Leadership Academy! This four-year program builds leadership skills and prepares you for the future.

Request for 2025/26 CETC Classes December 4 – February 4
1. Log into the Infinite Campus Student Portal at
ic.svvsd.org/campus/stvrain.jsp
2. Select the Academic Planning dropdown at left; click ‘Next’
3. Scroll down to ‘Practical Arts’ heading towards the bottom of the page
4. Select the text box for the upcoming school-year
5. Enter the CETC course name(s) or number(s) you are requesting
6. Select the course(s) you wish to request by clicking on the name
7. If you’d like to select an alternate choice, enter your choice(s) in the
bottom row labeled “alternates”
8. Click the “save” icon in the top left of the page to save requests.
NOTE: For year-long courses both A & B sections should be selected.
Our 8th-grade students rehearsing in Honors Band. One of the pieces they will be performing is Westview Sketches, which was written for and about Westview Middle School.
