Hands-On Fun and Learning This Summer

Faces of Nature: Changemakers STEM Brings Art to the Outdoors

Last week in Changemakers STEM, students transformed parts of our school campus into a temporary outdoor art installation. Using natural materials and masonry supplies, they created “Rock Faces” – sculptural faces built on rocks, hidden among reeds, trees, and stone piles around campus.
If you look closely while walking the grounds, you may spot these curious faces quietly watching from odd places. The project invites our community to pause, explore, and reflect on our relationship with the natural world, reminding us that while we depend on nature, it also depends on us to care for it.
The installation will remain on display as long as weather and time allow. See how many you can find!
